Priority Scan Alert

Enables the radio to audibly alert the radio-user when a Priority Member 1 or a Priority Member 2 - Scan List Member channel is landed while scanning. One beep is generated for both Priority #1 and Priority #2 channels. This feature applies to all Scan Types.
